Business Insights Curriculum
Business Insights: Executive Overview (Yellow Belt)
The course is designed to change the paradigm of how senior leaders view business insights. The program will introduce them to new techniques of business writing and data visualization as well as criteria to evaluate the strength of the final story. They will gain an understanding of what to expect from their teams so that they can inspect and measure their team’s performance.

Business Insights: Overview + Application (Green Belt)
This is a 2-day in-person or live virtual classroom workshop designed to provide participants with a foundational understanding of how to analyze data, extrapolate the most relevant insights and apply best-in-class data visualization techniques to communicate the key insights to internal or external customers. Hands-on custom case studies will reinforce the concepts taught. This workshop is designed for those individuals who do not need to demonstrate business insight mastery by passing an exam.
This program is only conducted as an in-person or live virtual classroom for groups of 8 to 16 per session. For more information contact us.
Business Insights: Black Belt Level 1 Certification (formerly known as Bronze)
This program is designed to create “black belt” certified experts that have proven, by scoring 70% or higher on a 3-hour exam, that they can analyze data, extrapolate the most relevant insights and apply best-in-class data visualization techniques to communicate the key insights to internal or external customers.
Advanced Category Management Analytics (formerly known as Silver)
A series of courses that apply advanced category management analytical techniques to analyze Product Mix, Promotions, Pricing, Planograms as well as advanced data visualization tools. We suggest that participants attend the Business Insights: Black Belt Level 1 course first and have a strong command of Pivot Tables – but they are not requirements.

All four self-paced online courses are only sold as a bundle. If you are enrolled in the Business Insights programs, you do not need to purchase this bundle as it is included in your curriculum.
