I’m generally a little cynical and skeptical of training opportunities…in many cases the trainings I attend either don’t provide new content/information/skills, or aren’t relevant to my needs. I was very happy to be proven wrong for the Delta training. I would have loved to have taken this earlier in my career because it would have provided me a much better baseline on effective presentation and use of data. Jammie was a world class instructor and has great depth of experience to draw upon. I would highly recommend any business leader have their team go through the Delta training…best two day investment they could make in their team.

It’s a valuable course, and the instructor was passionate about the information shared. Only reason for 4/5 stars is that I think it’d be more impactful if we could utilize data/information from current job and employer to make it more applicable outside of the class. The 2-day course I attended with Jammie was hands down the most valuable training I have received in years during my professional career. I found the Delta Green Belt training to be one of the best trainings I’ve ever taken, as I found Jammie to be a particularly engaging teacher and I learned a lot from her.
