Delta’s cancellation policy.
If you need to reschedule or cancel your participation in the training program, please contact the appropriate person in your organization for approval and contact Caroline Ditty as soon as possible. In many cases, your organization has committed to a minimum number of participants and your cancellation may incur a charge.
Cancellations made outside of 10 business days prior to a workshop will receive a 100% refund*. Cancellations made within 6-10 business days of the workshop will receive a 50% (~$900) refund. Cancellations made within 5 business days will not receive a refund. All cancellations must be in writing and sent to Caroline Ditty.
*Note: If you are participating in the Green Belt program and have access to the LMS then the fee is 50%.
Delta Associates, Inc may cancel the workshop due to low enrollment. Notification of cancellation will be made at least 14 days prior to the beginning of class. If the program is an in-person event, we encourage you to purchase refundable airline tickets and consider purchasing trip cancellation insurance. Delta Associates, Inc. will not be responsible for any loss on airline tickets or any other losses associated with the training program.
Delta Associates, Inc shall hold no responsibility or liability for personal injury to any participant or damage to any participant’s property, or for personal injuries or damage to the property of any other person resulting from the participant’s involvement in the workshop. Delta Associates, Inc. reserves the right to cancel any workshop and to alter the time, or format (in-person or virtual) of any workshop in the event circumstances require. In the event a workshop is cancelled, for any reason the extent of Delta Associates, Inc liability is limited to the return of all fees and deposits paid.
