Jammie Kokesh
Jammie Kokesh brings to Delta two decades of retail, perishable, and CPG experience. She began her career at Supervalu – working in perishables consulting, category management, supply chain management, and business development. After Supervalu, she joined Perishables Group, where she led the development of the retail account program and built strategic partnerships with leading grocery retailers and fresh manufactures. Her efforts ensured that programs and projects always delivered actionable insights, enabling more confident and impactful client decisions.
Shifting into the CPG arena, Jammie joined Georgia-Pacific where she led the application of strategy, category thought leadership, and customized shopper insights across many accounts including: Target, Supervalu, Delhaize, Albertsons/Safeway, and leading regional grocers.
Jammie has a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Business Administration, and a Master of Business Administration in Management from the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, Minnesota.
David O’Neil
David has been a consultant and trainer for leading retailers and suppliers around the world since 1994. He specializes in empowering organizations to leverage their invested resources and gain business insights that provide a competitive advantage. He has facilitated the implementation of category-management processes and organizational change programs, and has written merchandising operating procedures and business process flows for many CPG/FMCG companies. David is also a world-renowned and well-regarded instructor of training workshops that focus on improving the effectiveness of professional salespeople, marketers, business analysts, and buyers/category managers.
Before he became a consultant, David was instrumental in the development of the category-management organization at James River (now Georgia-Pacific), becoming the national manager of category management. Prior to this assignment, David worked in space management and the sales organization of James River. He holds a Master of Business Administration in Marketing from DePaul University and a Bachelor of Science from Bryant University.
Sterling Woodard
Sterling is a specialist in the area of business analytic solutions, with more than 20 years of experience in retail data acquisition and management. He began his career at Walmart, where he served as a Retail Link instructor – training thousands of manufacturers and buyers how to extract valuable business insights from data and drive actionable results.
Sterling then joined Diversified Retail Solutions (a senior management advisory firm in Bentonville, Arkansas) where he served as the primary business analyst and developed reporting solutions for manufacturers in the Walmart supplier community.
In his role at Delta Associates, Sterling continues to develop business solutions that streamline timely reporting processes for many consumer product companies on our client roster. He is also highly regarded for his training skills, helping corporations use Excel more efficiently and strengthen business math skills.
Sterling holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and a Master of Education from Louisiana Tech University.
